A warm welcome…

I am a Core Process Psychotherapist who believes inherent health resides at the core of every individual. I hold an MA in Mindfulness-Based Core Process Psychotherapy from the renowned Karuna Institute in partnership with Middlesex University. My training has consolidated an abiding curiosity into how we can fulfil our life’s potential. I have a rich background in the healing arts and have worked with children, teenagers and adults for over 25 years. I am a member of the Association of Core Process Psychotherapists (ACPP), and the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapists (UKCP).

I have always endeavoured to live my life as fully as I can. My journey began in the world of the performing arts, with a desire to explore and embrace our physical and emotional capacity as human beings. Following my performing years, I moved into developing and facilitating creative drama workshops for children and teenagers; again with the conscious intention to inspire and nurture an individual’s greatest self expression.

Alongside my drama work, I also trained as a Yoga teacher which led to me offering Yoga and Mindfulness classes and wellbeing workshops for young people and adults. Embarking on the Mindfulness based Psychotherapy training at the renowned Kauna Institute in Dartmoor, was a natural progression from the therapeutic work I have been doing throughout the many differing stages of my life.
